WSEasy Sales Force Automation System goes online at Alpine Fire and Safety, Inc.

Wengert Software Engineering, Inc. has installed its customized route sales force automation system at Alpine Fire and Safety, Inc. (D/B/A Respond First Aid Systems) in Mount Vernon, Washington. The system is being used to equip 6 first aid, fire extinguisher and fire suppression system service representatives with the Intermec Norand 602 ruggedized palmtop computer. The WSEasy system has been modified to interface to the customer's existing Open Systems Accounting system. WSEasy has been enhanced to track annual, six year and hydro testing services for fire extinguishers at different customer locations. Moreover, WSEasy can provide a daily listing of all accounts requiring first aid service (cabinet stocking), fire extinguisher service, fire suppression system service, or medical class training. Each fire extinguisher is listed separately identified by name, serial number or location. WSEasy is helping Alpine Fire provide its customers with efficient, timely and guaranteed service.
