WSExpress Work-in-Progress System Online at Champion Injection Molding

Wengert Software Engineering, Inc. has completed installation an start-up of its WSExpress Work-in-Progress system at Champion Injection Molding in Warren, Ohio. The system provides data collection for custom orders of plastic, injection molded parts. Orders are entered, scheduled and completed using WSExpress which tracks the amount of time required to produce the parts, the number of good versus bad parts, and machine utilization statistics. In addition, WSExpress prints out completed packing lists and carton barcode labels. The data collected is stored in an Interbase Relational Database Management System.
