Bulk Gas Contract Functionality added to WSEasy Route Sales Force Automation System

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Wengert Software Engineering, Inc. has enhanced its WSEasy software to provide functionality for scheduling and tracking bulk gas deliveries to customers covered by long term contracts. A driver can now use his handheld computer to automatically determine when a customer is due for a delivery of bulk gas (e.g. CO2) and whether that customer also has a contract payment due. The handheld computer automatically bills for the contract payment and prompts the user to enter the quantity of bulk gas delivered. If this quantity results in the customer's year-to-date total exceeding the contracted amount, the system then automatically bills for the overage quantity at the rate previously set for that customer.

This latest enhancement is has been implemented at Reliant Distribution in El Paso, Texas. Reliant is a major distributor of bulk CO2 gas in the state of Texas. This enhancement opens an entirely new market for Wengert to sell its proven, effective and low-cost WSEasy Route Sales Force Automation System.
